Serious Concerns About Transparency and Support at NinjaTrader

Hello everyone,

I am posting here after repeated attempts to contact financialprofile@ninjatrader.com without any human response.

My account was locked for AML reason??? without any prior notice or follow-up explanation. No written or oral communication was provided, which raises a serious transparency issue. For a broker holding client funds, this lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Equally troubling is the untimely response — or rather, no response at all — which is a significant factor when deciding where to place one’s investments. Reliable communication should be a baseline standard in this industry, yet it has not been my experience here.

At this point, I feel unsafe leaving my money with NinjaTrader and am considering moving back to Interactive Brokers, even at higher costs, simply for the assurance of clear and timely communication.

I share this so other users can make an informed decision and avoid the same frustrations.

Trade desk and Customer Service are accessible. But they would re-direct to financial which is a completely different department.
