I contacted ninjatrader support at 800 496 1683. They passed it along and I was emailed immediately. Couldn’t resolve the issue through emails so they set up a meeting to look at my settings and such. They determined the issue was on their end and found it very unusual CQG did not show up and wouldn’t populate after they tried a variety of things. Took the tech 45 minutes but eventually he worked it out. Not sure what the issue was he fixed, something on the back end, according to him. The tech was extremely helpful and determined to fix it.
