Looks like you are using the latest 8.1.6.1. Volume profile is very broken in this version. A lot of us have rolled back to 8.1.5.2. See this thread for more info.

Yes , broken. I updated to NT 8.1.6.2, and now the Developing POC and the Developing Value Area lines in the Order Flow Volume Profile no longer displays the different price points for past data. It will show only the open price and will only start tracking at the point a chart is opened or reloaded. I reverted back to the previous version and it works fine. Upgraded again, and experienced the same issue. I went back to the previous version for now. The attachment is shown with the Volume Profile with only the Developing POC (Aqua) and the Value Area (Green) visible. The circle area is the starting point after the chart is opened or reloaded.
