Zero Volume Ticks

I am using DLL interface function,
Last(string instrument, double price, int size)

Why zero volume ticks which are feeded via this converted to 1 ( for indices ) and 100 ( for stocks) in NinjaTrader 8.1.6.1 ? I need and expect it to be 0. Whats solution ?
