I’m wondering if anyone else has had the problem of a yellow “ghost line” remaining on a chart after an ATM Strategy hits a SL or TP. I am unable to use any ATM Strategy when this happens but I can take a trade doing everything manually. When I log out I get a notification stating that I have open orders but there are no open orders. When logging back in, I am able to use the ATM again but I soon get another yellow line. I am also able to trade on my SIM account no problem. I have contacted support several times and tried their suggestions with no luck. Some things I have done to attempt to fix this are: Resetting the database to remove stuck orders, cleared out all historical playback data, on the control panel strategies tab right click and synchronize all strategies, and several that I cannot remember. If anyone has had this problem or knows what I can do to resolve this please help.
@michepro - You might ask Justin Martin if he has ever seen this.
It might be an issue with your trade copier program. I am not a prop trader, but you might try disconnecting from your trade copier and just trade your main Takeprofit acct with the ATM and see if the issue is repeatable.
