Why can't I trade SB sugar No 11

Hi! Here is the screenshot of my data subscription. Do I need to buy more data to be able to trade contract like SB or KC?

It happens to the SB sugar No 11 too. I have contacted ninja support, but they have no idea…so frustrated.

Who is your broker?
Have you asked them?

I’m just using ninjatrader, and don’t have a specific broker. I contacted support team but it seems that they have no idea.
