I went to upwork and am hesitant to give them my phone # to register for fear of getting on a “list” for spam. any insight on the upwork for participants using phone #s to spam text them?
Alternatively, you can learn to write software from sources like treehouse or other self learning courses, and afterwards, write the software you want.
You can accomplish your goals in a thousand different ways 
It is funny that you worry about giving your phone number, but don’t care about sharing the secrets of your trading plan. The person who should write the code for you will know all your “secrets”.

Thanks for your comments. As matter of fact my newest fave AI search engine Perplexity will accept “learning” documents and ultimately be able to write the code for me. I just thought someone may have already written the “helper” pre-conditional code to prevent dupes on signals from my underlying DIY strategy off Ensign Charts.
You’re absolutely right. As Mr Bond once said “if I tell you, I’d have to kill you”. I agree. This is just the pre conditional “helper” filter prior to executing the AutoHotKey (AHK) API which is the real strategy. I’ve found in my past life @CBOE the minute something that works gets out there it gets gamed and sets up traps for the lemmings. I agree and thanks for your comments. As I replied to Mav…I hoped maybe some others have already coded this pre-conditional “helper” already.
@Mav…THANKS for that advise. I found a very nice coder that accepted my request. Seokho Youn was very intuitive about my request and eager to get started with “algo” trading type of coding. She wrote me exactly what I had envisioned. Namely to check the NinjaTrader.Client.dll file for workings as a pre-filter to allow or block any new orders if already working any orders from previous signals. Also a switch to go manual if I would rather wanted bow out in “crazy” volatility periods. She also wrote me an “auto hotkey (AHK)” script to take her “helper consul” clear or busy" mode filter and actually hit my buy or sell F-key (eg Ninja programmed “hot key”) on a clear mode signal from my Ensign charts with her own AHK. I’ve been using the NT8 bracket with Ensign charts “indicator of indicators-DYO” functionality for years. NT handles my open position and Ensign sends the buy/sell signal. …Maybe too much info but Seokho is out there for anyone that wants to poll their NT for working orders prior to sending their custom algo to a Ninja F-key eg “hotkey”. BTW Ensign’s DYO functionality via GUI for non coders really works great to devise a so-called “boolan” concurrent hierarchy of all the common and some custom studies everyone uses. Then it’ll write to a “dyo.txt” file in the Ensign directory that Seokho@Upwork devised a change in file size to trigger buy or sell AHKs after her “Helper Consul” allows or blocks that she accepted in our original milestone. She also wrote me a PowerShell script to open her Helper Consul; My Ensign app that deletes the DYO.txt on closing and the AHK for sending NT8 an F-key …so thanks for the referral…and hope this helps others.Seokho Helper Consul GUI
