afaik, there isnât one. Personally, I believe they are in the process of sunsetting NT Desktop in favor of their ânewlyâ acquired web based products, like Tradovate. Which, imho, is a colossally stupid thing to do.
This makes zero sense.
Theyâre watching but theyre not interacting as much as before. Basically, all questtions about the platform has been answered over 20 year span the theyve been in operation. And if you search youâll find it.
Use AI to sort yoursefl out, depend on the crown, and or additionally you can contact them directly.
The purpose of a forum, even the last one is to get help from the crowd.

Yes AI has a place but the USP of Ninjatrader ( apart from the fact itâs fully programmable) was that it had officially supported forums. Joe Blogs giving me code that âworksâ means you can run into really difficult issues that you may be unaware of for quite some time. And as I stated before AI will now be answering the same questions from different users over and over and over. I used the forums like a library - which you still can do but of course it now no longer updates so eventually they will just get rid of it. Then we move on to the next best platform.
