We all need to take a break now and again, right? 
That’s definitely not easy. Good discipline takes time.
Personally, my issue for quite some time was overtrading, and it still creeps in now and again. I’ve already hit my profit target, but then I see another setup… and the temptation gets the better of me. But hey, I’m a work in progress - always improving.
From where did u get that idea of over trading?
I think Overtrading is only a problem when trades are forced.
With a real system, the goal is not to limit opportunity. The goal is to only take valid setups. If the system confirms the trade, gives the signal, and the risk is controlled, then the trade is justified.
You are not trading randomly. You are reacting to valid market conditions.
A strong system tells you when to enter, when to stay out, and when the trade is no longer valid, if you just go based on I’m over trading and your system is giving trading conditions, yikes

Fair point. It takes good discipline, a good edge, and sometimes a bit of luck to win.
