Sorry, I really don’t like to complain — especially about a platform that’s been incredibly good to me. I’ve made serious profits on NT over the years, and for that I’m genuinely grateful.
But lately, it feels like every update is taking the platform backwards instead of forwards.
For example, the live connection drops almost daily now. And before anyone suggests it — no, it’s not my internet. I’m running on a rock-solid backbone through an AWS server that rarely ever hiccups. Several friends with similar high-end setups are experiencing the exact same thing.
On top of that, my robot has started acting up, and even simple manual orders are causing havoc. I’ve already rebuilt my entire setup on another platform as a backup, because I don’t want to “kill the goose that lays the golden eggs”… but honestly, those eggs are starting to smell pretty bad lately.
I know the helpdesk tries their best (and I believe they’re still the original NT team, not the new TradoVate crew), but at some point we have to admit: if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
It really feels like there’s a new project leader who’s changing too much, too fast. I’ve seen this movie before in my own companies — and it rarely ends well.
All of this is slowly killing my motivation. Instead of wanting to improve and grow my trading here, I’m starting to think about just closing everything out (with profits, of course), draining the accounts, and moving on. And I know I’m not the only one feeling this way.
Please — for the love of everything profitable — shut down the Broker Profiling Department. That’s hands-down the worst way to treat successful, long-term customers.
I’ve built my own company since 1999. We’ve grown every single year by delivering outstanding customer service — not by profiling or punishing our best clients. That’s exactly why we’re still thriving while others shrink.
Sorry for the long vent — this has been boiling inside me for a while. I just felt I had to say it.
