I subscribed to the CBOE so I can have access to VIX real time data and it does not load any live data at all. Has anyone gone through this issue? I appreciate your help
Are you applying VIX to a live or sim chart? Toggle between both and see if it renders.
You’re probably subscribed to the wrong data feed. You can confirm by communicating with Ninja Trader support and it will provide you with the appropriate data feed that includes the VIX stream.
