URL not accepted for support

Anyone able to contact support? NinjaTrader Developer Community | NinjaScript Resources & Documentation will not accept the required URL when submitting a question.

You can email them. Find the email in your statement

Support@ has always and recently given me a timely response.
Or (& I found this out recently!), you can try the chat bot and if it doesn’t get anywhere useful TELL IT to turn the enquiry into a Support ticket and it does (capturing the history), and Support get back to you having digested the Chat contents rather than square one.
