I am unable to log in to all three platforms - Dekstop, Mobile and Web . I can login but the live trading does not work. Any issues with the platform going on? I need to close a couple of positions and no one is responding in email support.
No issues with the platform here. Email support can take a little while to respond, especially after business hours in the US. If your situation is urgent, I would call the broker’s trade desk asap.
