Unable to load risk template

I am getting the same error on multiple devices all starting at the same time frame.
I am getting the fallowing error.

I tried the suggestions I found in other post with same problem and nothing has worked.
I deleted contents of the risk template file, and same error. I have uninstalled ninja trader and reinstalled it several times. same error.
I have tried moving the risk template folder and commissions folder, and trading hours folder out of the file location as advised by the ai client.
