Ive been trading on NT8’s demo accounts fowr a while now and usually they appear in Trade Performance and im able to see how ive done say in the last week or month. However, im currently facing an issue where the NT8 demo accounts do not appear in the accounts section of Trade Performance and is no where to be seen. This happened recently. I have tried multiple fixes including renaming the ‘NinjaTrader.sqlite’ folder in db, doing a db repair in the tools section of the control section and even reinstalling the latest available version of NT8 but my accounts that usually appear are no where to be seen in the NT8 Trade Performance tool’s Accounts section. Please Help!
I am having this same issue, but with my live account, since I upgraded to new version of NT. Try reaching out to support multiple times. Now all I get is the AI support. Not good service. I am researching for a different broker. I have until summer of next year to finish out my current sub.
Upon first installation of .16 it generated an ‘Unhandled Exception’ error and similarly no accounts visible in Trade Performance, so clearly there’s a reproducible problem. A restart ‘fixed’ the Trade Performance problem for me, but there were others so I quickly reverted to .15. Sounds like there is a clear issue here which has been reported (I did too, by email) so I’d expect it will be fixed in 16.1 (that’s usually the case, albeit things have clearly changed at Ninja)

Same issue here. It would do the same thing before, and I would just have to reconnect a few times. Not this time. I tried everything also. Sqlite, db repair. reestablishing connections etc.
Minor update fwiw - iirc I deleted the workspace I had created for the trade performance window and created a new one which then worked.
But downgrade back to .15 due to overall performance degradation with .16
any attempt to get some input from platform support or other support is pathetic regarding a patch for the debacle of 8.1.6.0 - opaque response and they say not aware of an update - not sure what koolaid they are drinking there - ordered to be vague in all responses including AI
so still no sign of a patch for this mess - just sharing for those wondering - anyone know otherwise please update
I am having a similar problem with the Trade Performance window. I have three demo accounts but only one demo account appears in the trade performance “Accounts” box.
Does anyone have a solution for this or will it have to be fixed in the next update? It’s very annoying because I need the trade performance data for analysis in other software.
