Im having problems with my chart displays on my NT8 desktop since yesterday. As you can see in the screenshot, the market data for November 21st is displayed incorrectly.
. I’ve reset NT8, TWS, and my PC several times, but it hasn’t helped.
Ive unchecked the “Auto Scale”, but it dident help. I would appreciate any help.
Your data is corrupt.
- close the chart with the problem
- Go to: Documents/Ninjatrader8/db/minute
- Find and delete mnq12-25
- this will delete the data for minute charts mnq12-25
- Reopen the chart that gave the errors
- NT8 will now reload all minute data and the error should be gone
If you still have a problem, you should also delete mnq12-25 in the maps “tick” and “day”
You have data that suddenly jumps into the 45,000 area. That is not normal.
