I’ve opened a chart with renko bars, after a while the chart freezes but I don’t know why.
The connection is fine (green circle) and I’m subscribed to instrument.
The version of NT is 8.1.5.2
Maybe try an older version of NT. Newer versions sometimes have new bugs and takes time to find and fix them. I always recommend my users to stay a few versions behind unless there is a specific bug fix in a version that is impacting them directly.
Try right click the NinjaScript Output and open up the NinjaScript Utilization Monitor. Let it run for a bit. If something in the Total time (ms) is significantly higher than the others then it may be the culprit.
