Hey, I am texting you becaue the senior support manager of alpha futures
told me so. I had Issues with your platform today. My last trade on this account got liquidated. About 3.5-4k because I was kicked after entering the trade. Like the app actually kicked me and I didnt get back in. I tried to login and there was just a loading screen. Unfortunatly its not a connection problem. I had wifi was able to do other things with it so it has to be the app. I tried to change my wifi to mobile data and tried other things too to login as soon as possible to close the trade and contact alpha (because I was thinking they could solve the issue) Nothing worked and I lost a lot of money. Not only that, for the future I am not sure if that can happen again. As mentioned alpha directed me to you so you could solve the problem. Thank you
This is probably the wrong place for it since this is a community forum. You should contact support directly. Did you try putting a stop before you traded? Did you try exiting the trade through the browser? Iām assuming you probably could have logged into Tradovate to exit the trade instead of letting it lose around 4K. I would think, Alpha Futures, could have closed you out if you contacted them. No clue what happened, but probably a good lesson to have a process in place for things like this.
Hey, thats my problem. I logged the trade in, then was kicked from the app. I tried logging in again, didnt work. Tried logging into tradovate, didnt work too. I know its the wrong place here but I cannot contact the support directly because my request is not being sent. So i figured this is my last chance here
If you couldnāt even log into Tradovate then you probably failed and they closed the account. Thatās what makes sense⦠Alpha Futures controls your account not NinjaTrader. You hit your max loss and they closed it.

Youāre trading from a phone?! Weāre you on cellular or wifi connection?

I find this odd. Iāve been using NinjaTrader for around 8 years now and started with them when they used Dorman. I never had any issues with the platform, but I never traded on mobile either. Being a software engineer for over a decade now, I do find this suspicious, but Iām not saying it canāt happen. I could be totally wrong, if I were to guess⦠original poster hit the drawdown and got liquidated causing the account to be loss, which is why op couldnāt log in. If this was an issue, I would think there would be a wider outage and youāll see more people complain about it.
