We all have good days and bad days. For some reason, we tend to speak up when something goes wrong, but we rarely take the time to acknowledge when things are going well.

Today, I want to do the opposite.

Thank you, NinjaTrader, for giving us the opportunity to build and develop great tools. Thank you for creating a platform that allows developers, traders, and innovators to bring their ideas to life. Being part of this community has made it possible to learn, create, and continue improving every day.

I’d also like to thank you for providing such a great Discourse community, where developers, innovators, and traders collaborate, share ideas, solve problems, and help one another grow. Communities like this are what drive innovation and make learning enjoyable.

It’s easy to point out problems, but it’s just as important to recognize the people and platforms that make our work possible. So today, I simply want to say thank you to the entire NinjaTrader team. Your work is appreciated, and it does not go unnoticed.

Thank you for building not only a great trading platform, but also a community where people can connect, collaborate, and continue pushing each other forward.

Well said @MannyVill. The NinjaScript API is fantastic, and gives us developers all the power of C# and the .NET Framework, and the way we can create strategies, indicators, and other add-ons that plug directly into NinjaTrader Desktop gives us tons of power.

I, like you, also really like the Discourse forum, and although on one hand I miss the tech support provided in the old NinjaTrader forums, I’ve personally been very impressed with and never had a problem getting top notch, definitive answers from NinjaTrader tech support for complicated technical questions by simply emailing either support or emailing the vendor support team (and sometimes cc’ing someone who I think could increase the odds of getting a high-quality answer).

Well put, well put. I don’t think there’s any other platform like it for retail.

NT 8 is a well designed and documented platform. With the help of AI, it a great platform to innovate with.

With that said, recent versions gain eye candy but lack in performance which is a bit worrisome.

Agreed and well said. :100: Ninja Trader is one of the best platforms / trading communities out there.
