Starlink without a VPN

Until today I was able to connect using my Starlink without using a VPN.
Today, each login fails when not using a VPN.

The message is “There was an unknown error logging in. Please contact support.”

The big issue is, I can’t use the website either to ‘contact support’.
Does any one else have this problem?

I can connect to my VPN and everything works normally.
