Yes.
How so? Because they are separate accounts. The simulated account is its own thing – it does not interfere with the live account, and vice versa. You could be LONG in ES in one of them and SHORT in ES on the other, doesn’t matter, they are completely separate and independent of each other – precisely because they are different accounts.

Alternatively, you can always hirer a coder to code the behavior you’re looking for since ninjatrader is extensible.
