All, I keep on getting a notification to rollover MNQ JUN26 to MNQ SEP26. I went to Database management and clicked rollover. That did not work. I keep on getting the dialog box when I open up the desktop software to rollover and I do so. It is constantly asking me to rollover the MNQ however the other contracts rolled successfully.
Yes, this has happened a few times reported here & happened to me last time (on MNQ also iirc)
Try hunting through posts on here for solution (I have a hazy recollection of deleting the ui file but would NOT swear to it. Email support@ & the bot might know but more likely you’ll get some generic ‘how to’ rollover that you already know
Or, someone with better memory than me will chime in…
