Rize Capital was a Ninja Provider of indicators & other reserch tools for Ninjatrader. I have use some of their indicators for past few years. These indicators needed to be registered by “Machime ID” with Rize Capital. It appears last week Rize Capital closed & now indicators also stop functioning. I have been unable to remove the indicator from charts also. www.rizecapital.com also no longer is avilable. In Google search I have found these 2 references, but neither one can be opened.
That sucks, hope you aren’t losing access to a big investment.
You’ll need to look in the Documents\NinjaTrader 8 \bin\Custom folder and remove any library files provided by Rize Capital (.dll, .xml, .pdb, etc). You’ll also want to look under the various script “type” folders (Indicator, Strategy, DrawingTools, etc.) and remove any related code files (.cs)
You’ve already tried to remove it from the chart you’re using? or do you mean that it’s still giving errors without it being loaded as an indicator and you want to get rid of it completely? If so, have you used the Editor and right-clicked on the indicator and hit remove? Have you tried looking in your indicator folder and deleting the .cs file?
