I have completed a functional specification for an automated Balance Breakout entry strategy. I would appreciate implementation feedback from experienced NinjaScript developers. If there is interest, I will post the specification in sections.
Most of these strategies become a challenge to even implement, because most people who trade these things are scalpers, and especially prop, firm, traders, so you gotta be asking will a scalper be willing to risk $250, (5 points) 500, (10 Points), 1000 (20 Points) or more for this strategy to be viable?
If I’m willing to would risk $5000, which is 100 points, anyone could probably be profitable if they just look at a trend
lower time frame, 2 scalps might seem small, however when u see it as a trend u think it took a long trend up,
There’s a bunch of strategies like this made available on the Ninja Trader ecosystem. Built by Ninja Trader staffers. If this was a viable strategy, you would not be sharing it. You would be using it to make money. There’s no need to ask people if this is viable if you tried it and is viable.
