There have been multiple requests over the years (for over 15 years now) to increase the font size of chart trader. Nothing happened yet. Ninja Trader doesn’t seem to care about their customers … 
And please don’t come up with that: “working with the Scaling of your Monitor”

I’ve sent out serious bugs and feature requests (that I felt would be beneficial to many) in the past 10-12 years. None of them have been addressed. It all just gets piled into a list somewhere in a black hole. So I’m not at all surprised they blew you off for a font size change. I always laugh when I see people requesting features knowing very well how it will go.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m a huge NT fan and very committed to the platform. But expecting them to fix things in our lifetime is asking a bit much.

I’m a fan of NT also (and vendor), but who is paying for my glasses?

They did fix the similar issue with Price Markers so maybe there’s a glimmer of hope in that (after ~10 years of asking!)
Years ago, they did fix an issue reported regarding UK computer time zone/Ninja Time Zone they broke (after initial response ‘must be you, no-one else reported. At the time I was probably one of 6 Uk-based Users hehe)
They haven’t made Stop to Break Even plus (x) ticks to cover commissions despite years of requests from loads of Users and other platforms’ basic feature
