Proper use of NinjaTrader name when marketing a strategy on my own website

I’m building an automated trading strategy for NinjaTrader 8 and planning to sell it from my own website. I want to make sure I’m following proper guidelines. Would it be acceptable to describe my product as an “Advanced NinjaTrader 8 Automated Strategy” on my website headline, with a disclaimer stating I am not affiliated with or endorsed by NinjaTrader, LLC? I want to be respectful of your trademark while accurately describing what platform my strategy is built for. Thanks in advance.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of the vendors put something like that, but then again, I didn’t look for it. What I don’t like about these automated strategies that people sell is that they show results from backtests which is misleading. If you want to stand out, then show months worth of live results. Running it live on Youtube during the day, with some streaming lag of course is a lot more trustworthy than just saying… hey checkout this amazing backtest.

And i agree.. if you didn’t catch the “i’m, building” part means it’s in the making.. videos recorded and live are going to be included. this was a question about terms of use, but thank you.

You might be better off reaching out to NT vendor support directly and ask them this question. This is a user forum.
