This happens a lot
When I move the playhead, it will just stay greyed out and only way to fix it is to disconnect and re-connect, super annoying. Anyone know the reason?

I dont know the reason, but try this little trick to force chart reload. eg) change the time frame of the chart from 5min to 15min, then back to 5min. Or you can change your ticker from ES to NQ , then back to ES.
