Order Flow Market Depth Real Time bar contracts

I am running Ninjatrader 8.1.6.2 and subscribe to Level 2 market data. I added the Order Flow Market Depth to my chart with the settings to display both real time and historical data. The order flow bars are visible but the actual # of orders at each bar level in the real time bars do not show up. Any suggestions on why this might be happening? I have tried closing NT and restarting but this does nothing.
