how to stop NT from enouncing every closed position on a multiple (contract) positions at ones i like to hear only one order fill or stop fill
I hope i explain my problem
are u referring to buying 10 contracts but instead of having one order it buys them separately 5 , 3 ,2 , when they get hit it sounds 3 times there for it sound like a broken tone
No what I am asking is,
When I close the position say 10 contracts the order fill sound repeat itself 10 times I like to hear it ones because I am exiting all 10 contracts at ones
Any body on the other side i need to fix this problem because is costing me money for 20 years i dint have this problem until now

which version of NT I have NT8 the last version
Latest version is know for having audio problems - open a ticket with NT.
nothing wrong with the sound
I wand to hear one order fill if i have 5 contracts or 10 contracts instead i hear order fill for every stinking closed contract
find someone on upwork to either code up a solution or troubleshoot your sound problem or ask artifiial intelligence, or ask ninjatrader support.
Hi @inventor1949 - Not sure if this answers your question. Try going to Tools>Settings>General and disabling “Play Consecutively”. You should only hear one sound if using an ATM, eg: “Stop Filled” or “Target Filled”.
