NQ/MNQ on Lucid using NT - Candles stuck for minutes but fine on Tradovate

I’m having a problem here that Lucid is claiming has nothing to do with them. On NQ/MNQ alone, data is getting delayed and/or stuck on a candle while it works fine on Tradovate itself. When I first load a chart, everything looks fine, but then it’s stuck on 1 candle for up to 15 minutes at worst, usually just 5 minutes as you see in the video. For ES/MES, everything is spot on with Ninjatrader. If I take a trade on NQ/MNQ, it’s way off and goes according to the live data on Tradovate. I lost 2 accounts because of this last week.

I have updated Ninjatrader, removed my Lucid connection and added it again, but it still keeps happening. If anybody has any idea what is going on here, please let me know if you can help.

So ES works fine for both but NQ lags by about 40 points? That doesn’t seem right. If you have them, try other connections?

Maybe NT is using delayed data from NT instead of Lucid.

At the moment I don’t have other connections. But I spoke to Lucid and they said that this is a Ninjatrader problem and I have to speak to NT to see what’s going on. I see no other people that use Lucid have this problem. When I am contacting NT through my platform, they’re telling me to contact Lucid. This is very frustrating.

I am also having this issue trying to login my Lucid account through ninjatrader. Those candles are not updated and i couldnt trade today.
