Not allowed to submit order message

Suddenly, Ninjatrader started showing the message Order “XXXX” can’t be submitted: You’re not allowed to place orders.
What does this mean?
How can I fix it?

Thats a pickle. You might have to reach out to support via email on this one. It seems account specific.

Question: have you paid your subscription such as data, and platform use, if you’re on a monthly memebership?

I recall having this error when my account was disabled due to inactivity. (nt brokerage)
