Not Able To Live Trade

I am not able to live trade.

When placing an order via NT8 desktop, I get this message:

######, Account is incorrect or not specified. affected
Order: Sell 2 StopLimit @5901.25 x 5901

I also see in the logs this message:
There was a problem subscribing to market depth for ES JUN25 Symbol is inaccessible

My current market data plan is:
CME Bundle Top of Book (Level 1)

Can you help in getting these issues resolved?

I believe “Market Depth” is only available with Level 2 data. So, perhaps something you have open or turned on is requesting Market Depth data, but it isn’t available with your subscription. Maybe you have SuperDOM open?

For placing a trade, have you selected an account? In the screenshot below, there are two arrows, depending on how your placing your trade, make sure you’ve selected your account.

No SuperDOM is open. I am chart trading, and yes, Chart Trader is open.
My account number is displayed under the ‘Account’ label.

I do have a ticket out to NT support but haven’t heard back from them yet.

I received a response for NT support. My account was placed on restricted mode because of a login issue. Getting it sorted out now. :slight_smile:
