I’m experiencing significant delays when launching NinjaTrader Workspaces. The platform takes an unusually long time to load, and performance has become disruptive to my workflow.

Has your workspace become more complex? Or have you been using the same workspace that is now loading slower?
If your workspace has increased in complexity, slower load times are to be expected. For me, I avoid this overhead by letting NT run continuously and only shutting down for the weekends.
If you’re using the same workspace and it’s getting slower, you might try some of the cleanup steps people often take such as:
no complex workspace scope
dont keep long data time frames.
i think i swept those before and it did not change.
could be conflict with ONE DRIVE and maybe i moved directories.
i think i even did a re install and import of workspaces.
i get exception errors on the load.
keeping it open all week does not seem like a proper fix.

I would uninstall your current version and reinstall 8.1.5.2. It seems to be the most stable version right now.
