Our new forums utilize OAuth and are integrated with an enhanced single sign-on system. This means you can conveniently log in using the same username and password as your brokerage account.

Community-Driven Support: These forums are now community-driven and will no longer be monitored by our customer service staff. We encourage you to engage with fellow traders and developers to share insights, ask questions, and collaborate on all things NinjaTrader.

1. Why do I need to create a new forum account?

Our new forums at developer.ninjatrader.com are built on an updated platform with enhanced security and features. Thanks to our new single sign-on system utilizing OAuth technology, you no longer need to manage multiple username and passwords. Due to this upgrade, we could not migrate user accounts from the old forums. You’ll need to create a new account using the same username and password as your brokerage account,


2. Will my old posts and post counts be transferred to the new forums?

No, your previous posts and post counts will not be migrated to the new forums. All users will start fresh with zero posts. We encourage you to continue contributing by sharing your knowledge and engaging in new discussions. The old forums have a wealth of information that will remain available and searchable.


3. Do I need to set up my profile again?

Yes, you’ll need to set up your profile on the new forums. This includes updating your avatar, signature, and any other personal details you wish to share with the community.


4. What will happen to the old forums?

The old forums will remain accessible at forum-legacy.ninjatrader.com. You can still view past discussions and resources. Once the migration has progressed we plan to switch the old forums to read-only mode so that they can be used for reference only.


5. Are the new forums monitored by NinjaTrader customer service staff?

No, the new forums are community-driven and are no longer monitored by our customer service staff. We encourage members to support each other by asking questions and sharing insights.

7. Can I still access my old private messages and subscriptions?
