I managed to be part of the top winners in a recent Ninja trader Arena competition. Are the prizes real?? Is there anyone who has ever won these in here and would like to shed some light? been waiting for RTM email for days now. I tend to think they don’t wanna pay me out.
The email responses are rather vague and not detailed on what is currently happening on their end. You all are welcome to respond to this thread

thanks I’ve seen all those already . None however addressing my proof of payout. If they do payout I will have this thread on for anyone who wins in future and is puzzled on payouts

Total $10,000 That’s all cash that was paid out, probably.

Exactly my friend. Maybe they are genuinely disbursing funds then the issue falls on RTM’s side. @NinjaTrader should be aware of this

Update:

got my claim email from RTM using the email NinjaTraderArena@ninjatrader.com . After submitting the code on the Ninjatrader redemption page and filling my payout method necessaries, I got a Panda doc for verification and signing .
Lets see if they will fullfill the prize redemption after this signing

RTM offering the worst kind of support. Had issues with my W-BEN. I think their steps seem automated thats why support is not timely to respond.
Lets see if ill get a message from bank
