when i login, the N keeps loading and reloading but doesn’t ever load the charts or connections page. it just keeps spinning on and off. how do i fix this?
check how much historical data you are loading. If you are pulling a full year of tick data or multiple instruments at once that is probably why it keeps spinning. Try limiting it to a few days or switching to minute bars first and see if it loads faster. if this one don’t help you, move to another platform
