New charts open un-maximized and shifted to bottom right

New charts used to open maximized. Only recently are they now opening un-maximized and shifted down and to the right to varying degrees. The 3 charts I always have open are fine. It’s just when I create a new one for analysis.
Any solutions? 8.1.6.3 64-bit
