when I add a new instrument chart they all load up as blank…no charting data at all..how to fix this
Can you give full details of what you have that works, and what you have that does not work? If not we cannot understand what you are trying to do.
What data subscription do you have?
Is the item that does not pop up included in that subscription or not?
Where do you try to add a chart? In an existing workspace or in a new workspace?
I wasn’t entering the month code in proper format. I was used to tradingview’s format which is for example m6e626 instead of m6e 06-26
