My SL (STP) and TP order get removed once day reopens

I’m a swing trader so when I hold my trades past close to open (4pm-5pm) and then when the next trading day opens, my order is still there but my STP order and TP is gone. Does anyone knows how to fix this? I really don’t want to run no SL (tp is ehh)
