Modifying drawing tools to support text in lines

Modifying drawing tools to support text in lines in different positions Righ, Left, Centre, Top, Bottom Middle … and I want to know if it possible to modify system file of @lines or I need to create new tool for lines drawing.
I did try the option I struggle in the errors CS1501 . So if anyone have an idea let me know.
