Maximum positions in mbt

Dear all.
I sent a buy order of 10 MBT, but was rejected. the message of rejected orders:
Rejected: Position limit for the contract F.US.MBT.H26 is 10, Worst case position 20
There are enough margin in the account.
What is the problem?
