Market Replay Not Working in Web Platform

Hi all,

I use NinjaTrader web as my trading platform and it’s been good to me (I’m on a Mac so I can’t use the desktop version). I’ve run into a problem with market replay that NinjaTrader support hasn’t been able to solve.

Whenever I try to run Market Replay I get an error message that says “Replay session failed to load”.

NinjaTrade support had me try on the Tradovate platform and I got the same error.

Anyone else ever run into this? Any solutions?

The support team got it fixed for me. Just had to be a little patient. They were great throughout and have always helped whenever I’ve had issues with my account in the past.
