Market data not auto loading at start up

Hello all,

I’ve been having some issues with historical data since 2 months ago more or less.

I’m using multi provider, with two connections: rithmic for ninjatrader and tradovate(ninjatrader).

Well, each day I log in, there is, at least, 4-5 markets that will not auto-load the data from the last few hours of the last day.

I.E. today i’ve logged in and begun to work with PL 10-05. This is what i have:

The data exists, because if I manually reload, or even delete all cache and temp data, usually missing data comes to screen. I’ve tried to reset all historical data, update instruments, update trading hour templates, etc etc etc and absolutely nothing solves the problem.
Even i’ve had to develop a script for auto deleting all cache data each time i click on NT .exe, but i have ended up getting rid of it because slowed down a lot the login.

This is really annoying, because i’m working with 27 markets at a time and being reloading each market manually is something i would not have to do each time i log in into the platform.

I’m working with NT8 8.1.5.2, lifetime license, multibrokerage and OrderFlow+

I’m so tired of this kind of stuff happening. We’ve paid a not small amount of money for a professional platform and this kind of bugs keeps happening.
