Level II is not loading

I subscribed to Level II (CME market Depth). Web trader shows orderbook correctly but can’t seem to load Level 2 on desktop. SuperDom and Level II tools show no market depth data.

Can you help?

Thanks but I don’t see anything in this screen. The data is not appearing

Confirm with Ninja Trader support that you have the data feed, its subscribed to, and that its active. You can email support directly.
