I am getting spammed by Ninjatrader, every freaking day!! And I do not want to block, because I am not sure if there will be an important email coming from the same email address, but it is ridiculous!!
I don’t get those. Maybe you should start your free 14-day service?

I have never seen any such email.
This is the funny part, I am already using NT for over 7 years. I tried to get a business account, and after this the spamming started. I gave up on the business account as I really do not have big confidence in NT anymore since they were bought by TradoVate (there is a whole story behind this that I do not like to share …yet)
That’s the problem! … 7 years and still didn’t start your free 14-day service. 
I see comments similar to this, but I’ve never experienced any major issues or spamming. It was NT that acquired TradoVate and then Kraken acquired NT afterwards. I would think the opposite with confidence if the acquisition was for $1.5 billion. Why would someone spend that much just to let it fall apart?

Where are these adds appearing; in your email InBox or only in the NT platform? If in your email, I’d be willing to bet it’s scam spam. If in the NT platform, I’d update to the latest version and if that doesn’t stop the spam, contact NT support. I’ve only had NT for four or five years but never had any ads at all come from them – via email or via the NT platform.
