Does the NinjaTrader Customer Service phone number ever get answered? It just plays an “All our reps are busy” recording every 3 or 4 seconds telling me to go to the help center on NinjaTradr.com,
And the email support says to allow 24 hours for help…
I was just able to login to my account and the desktop app. Tradingview integration is still down though.
SAME!! I cannot log in on any of my devices.
And now TradingView integration is back. I hope everything back for everyone else too.
I’m having the same issue.
I also got an internal server error when I tried to log into the forum. I had to sign in with Google.
Based on past experience with this kind of thing NT is aware of the issue. But instead of notifying or responding to users they will just let them get frustrated.
And the issue will magically be fixed at some point without explanation.

I was finally able to log in.
I don’t know if it helped or not but I deleted all cookies and cache files just before I was able to login again.
I also deleted all cookies and cache file from Tradingview just before I was able to login to them too.
Might be a coincidence…might not be.

It was a coincidence as I was able to login after you first mentioned TradingView integration is back. I didn’t clear my cache. When attempting to login to the site, I received an internal server error. That’s an indication of their web app. Like the web server attempting to authenticate, making a back-end call and unable to do so. Definitely on their end.
Any official word from Ninja Trader about the outage?
I emailed support@ and received a response saying they had been having problems with their authentication servers & working on it.
Same problems as others reported here including ‘stuck charts’ etc (clearing cache fixed once I could log in).
Back to normal for the rest of the day yesterday. However, today I experienced a ‘chart lag’ whereby all charts fell behind 20+ seconds for several minutes.
I’ve long felt when this happens it is Ninja’s servers at fault (because over a very very extended period I’ve eliminated everything else Ninja try to deflect to - indicators, connection, racy market conditions e.g. News, Open etc). This was mid day
