HSI/FDAX live streaming data from IB

Hi everyone,

As IB offered free HSI/FDAX live streaming data, I want to read that data from NT8. So, I connected NT8 with IB (I can see my cash value in NT8, so I assume I connected properly).

However, neither the HSI / FDAX future chart moved in NT8 after connecting IB to NT8, but I could see both charts were moving in IB TWS.

Did anyone face similar issues before? Thanks in advance.
