Hotkey for vertical scaling

For horizontal scaling, the basic mouse scroll accomplishes this but for vertical scaling we need to click and hold the vertical axis and drag up/down.

Is there a way to map the vertical scrolling as a macro? I did see someone ask this before on the old forum but there was some confusion in the answer given and I don’t think they ever implemented the feature.

You can do this pretty easily with AutoHotKey v2.
Any feature you wish was included in NT8 but is never implemented, can be accomplished with automation using AHK v2.
