Historical tick data not downloading

I am trying to download historical tick data to NinjaTrader but it is never finishing the download process. I’ve tried both my data providers IQFeed and Kinetick with same issue. It downloads minute data though. I followed the instructions in link below with no luck. Might be an issued with NinjaTrader platform? Please advice. Thanks
