Historical tick data not downloading

I am trying to download historical tick data to NinjaTrader but it is never finishing the download process. I’ve tried both my data providers IQFeed and Kinetick with same issue. It downloads minute data though. I followed the instructions in link below with no luck. Might be an issued with NinjaTrader platform? Please advice. Thanks

You might not be subscribed to equities. Ninjatrader is a futures trading platform that can be used for other instruments.

However, based on your question, I’m assuming that the you might’ve just typed in Nvidia, thinking that NinjaTrader would provide data feed. You can research which particular data feed to download and pay for, in order to have access to equities.
