i did reload historical data still when i export them they wrong i fixed timezone and eth still wrong, even somtimes i download export nq . but historicak is ES. what?

If you download NQ it can NEVER become ES. You do something wrong.
exatcly soemthing is wrong ,i download from demo its ok , but demo only has 2months data , i download from rithmic it sa mess and sometimes other isntruments downloaded instead after i opne file , even am sure i downloaded nq , i tried any times . why would rithmic connection give wrong data
